2. What data we collect

  • Name, phone number and company name: when you fill out the request form on the website.
  • Message content: when you contact the WhatsApp assistant (the demo or a client’s live project).
  • Technical data about website visits (pages, device, approximate location based on IP): through analytics tools.

3. Purposes of processing

  • To contact you about your request and conduct a free assessment.
  • To prepare a commercial proposal and conclude a contract.
  • To improve the demo assistant and the website content.

4. Where the data is stored

Data collected through the website form and the demo assistant is stored on a server physically located in the Republic of Kazakhstan [TODO: specify the hosting provider once selected]. We do not store client data on foreign servers without separate consent and disclosure in this document.

5. Disclosure to third parties and cross-border transfer

For the demo assistant to work, some messages are technically transferred to the language model provider (OpenAI and/or Anthropic), whose servers are located outside Kazakhstan. We aim to send the model only the minimum necessary amount of data and do not transfer data such as IIN (individual identification number), document numbers or payment details. By continuing the conversation with the assistant, you consent to such transfer to the extent necessary to receive a response.

6. Retention period
